One of my relatives owes me 40 lacs. He wants to give me a 10 marla plot in Amla Gali of Taj Bagh. Can someone give approximate price of this plot . I shall be thankful .

I think you should ask him to sell it and then give you money. It could be a dead investment if you dont know the worth or its not easy to sell. If it was a very good plot, he would never offer it you.

Dear Bashir Sb.
In my opinion first check weather he is in a position to give money or this plot is his last resort. I would recomend you to go Tag Bag and ask to some local dealer. If the price is not too much difference than accept before it too late. If the difference is too much sit amicably and sort it out. I would say regularly pray Namaz and nafal InshaAllah your money with profit would come back.
One thing keep in mind if your relative is sincere than accept the even itis little bit loss. Allah May Help You And Your Relative.

brother bashir, I think its fair deal,you can get back your amount by selling this plot.Its price could be 30 to 35 lacs.Even if you hold it you can sell it in future 3 to 5 years for 45 lacs.Allah know best but seems me reasonable.

I think your relative has a bad time and dont have a cash,could be a reason for his offer.If you will buy plot besides plot you will get sawab inshallah for this help.

agar aaj kay dor main relatives aik dusrey ke madet nahe karey gay,tu ya khandani nizam weak ho jaey ga.mujey lagta hai wo ap ko kuch dena chatha hai,mager us kay pass plot he hai.

I remeber some time ago, Taj Bagh declared illegal by LDA. you better check its current status or follow as advised by Isloo.
