Hold tight your Ph 9 1K file. Ups and downs will come in future also. It is a long term investment. In 5-7 years you'll get a huge profit. Don't be panic or brust out on such spike in price. It may come down a little when people will sell (as happened when price was around 28).

khan is so right. i will pay development charges and ask my kids to make their houses on these plots OR sell it when they are adults. who cares for few lacks of up n down in these years to come. |

People worry alot if there is fluctuation of a lac or two...the price was rallying and as the norm its corrected...now it should increase again...my guess it will be balloted when its 45 |
