Dear Admin pls. allow me the mention post for a while.
I am seeking an advice for house finance (just short of 8/10lacs out 85lacs+)
I am doing job in well known company over decades on senior middle management. On the basis of company/group I obtained information for house finance from some banks (Including Islamic Banks) a few are as follows.
DBI Dubai Bank Islami offered me K+2% another bank (Mezzan bank offered K+3). Other traditional banks rates are around K+3 to 3.5%. Presently Kibor is around9.5%.
I prefer to finance from Islamic Bank. But my concern is with the charges imposing by bank like legal fee, loan approval fee, valuation charges etc. etc. Second Concern is that as house is being purchased located in LDA scheme and mortgage and its clearance is not only cumbersome but also involves bribe payment.
I ask some of my friends/colleagues/relatives to fiancé me the amount and retain my post dated cheques or another security they want till collection of principal amount with markup.
If instead of house financing (secure loan) I take unsecured loan which is most expensive and its cost is over 20%.
Pls. advise me which option I should opt. secured or unsecure. If anyone here at this forum can offer me this finance I can offer same rates or on the terms mutually agreed. U pls. reply me here or mail me at (edited).
Thanks in advance. Hussain Kaisrani replied on Friday, December 14, 2012 04:29 AM
In my humble opinion this post should be either edited or totally deleted as last two lines of it seems MASHKOOK to me. "If anyone here at this forum can offer me this finance I can offer same rates or on the terms mutually agreed. U pls. reply me here or mail me at (edited)" |

I endorse Mr. Kaisrani. If the gentleman is so placed in the company, he should be able to get that kind of finance from them. Who would know his credit worthiness than his employer, where deductions from his salary could be made on regular basis. |

A person working for well known company, as senior middle management, for 20 year, seeking 8 to 10 lacs financing? Sorry! the whole thing sounds like a scam. |

We are so glad to know that most visitors of LRE websites are (or have learned to be) smart enough to recongize the scams, or least be skeptical of where they should be so. Now they know one more technique that can be used by potential scammers. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck; then most probably it is a duck. |
