2- DOLLAR HAS REACHED TO 100 in 2012
WILL THIS ALSO EFFECT THE REAL ESTATE PRICES
3- INTEREST RATES ARE AT THEIR LOWEST LEVEL
WILL THIS FACTOR ALSO LED TO PRICE HIKE IN REAL
ESTATE MARKET
4- STOCK MARKET HAS IS AT PEAK LEVEL AND STILL RISING

Ans 1-I have many seen that many people demand for selling plot is totally wrong and overprice. In my opinion investment level will be low; because purchasing power of people is reducing day by day .On the other hand plot prices will be stable because value of rupees is already on declining.
Overall trend will not be that much high as it was in past.
2- DOLLAR HAS REACHED TO 100 in 2012
WILL THIS ALSO EFFECT THE REAL ESTATE PRICES
Ans 2-It is effecting because increased in dollar value show decreases in rupees value. In other sense inflation is increasing and seller wants to adjust inflation on its plot.
3- INTEREST RATES ARE AT THEIR LOWEST LEVEL
WILL THIS FACTOR ALSO LED TO PRICE HIKE IN REAL
ESTATE MARKET
Ans 3- Do you mean rate of interest on saving account. I think this factor could affect real estate positively too. Because people will divest money from bank and invest in property for high return in future.
4- STOCK MARKET HAS IS AT PEAK LEVEL AND STILL RISING
WHAT WILL BE ITS IMPACT
Ans 4- It depends on reason of growth in stock market. If it is real estate then it is a good sign for property business.
Other factors
-Foreigner Pakistani people because they trust on real estate market more than anyone.
-High demand of property because of rising population.
Conclusion
Growth will be continue but may not be with same way as I discussed above. |
