I want to know weather iep town on defense road can construct towards Valencia town by own like bahria town did. It's not n more than a fraction of a km. or may if font have fund can charge it to owners of plot may be even least cost coz tits tip property I guess and only labor ll cost. Any owner have suggestion in mind?

As per my info, the surrounding societies are not willing to pave their part towards IEP. In fact the roads inside IEP are good enough and some of owners have started to construct their houses which is good. I think the prices will go up with in next 10 to 12 months. |

I own a 1 Kanal plot in TIP. TIP needs to build about 1 km long 150 ft. wide (Structured) road which will connect IEP with Valencia & Khyaban e Jinnah. About 25% of the cost is to paid by some private landowner whose land falls on this road. Sometimes back I heard TIP has completed part of Sewerage Works.
Yes, for sure, IEP will benifit if this road is completed.
