oh God,mr zaheer please dont quot fake price here.you are doing to much exagiration.
10 marla price range is from 13 to 22 lacs.in M block you can find a 10 marla plot in 13,14,15 lacs in average location in down side of M block while in J block down side of you can fine a 10 marla plot in 15 lacs and a good location plot in 17,18,19 lacs.few days before i sold out my plot in 15 lacs in j block in down side near to 150 feet road.
10 marla plot range in 60 and 80 feet road is between 18 to 22 lacs.
one kanal price range on 150 feet road is 65 to 85 lacs.
i will tell to buyer, still you can buy a one kanal plot in 23,24,25,26 lacs.even a good location plot in F and H blocks you can find in 26 lacs,two months before a dealer was selling a one kanal plot on 100 feet road in between J and M blocks only in 25 lacs(may be it would be a deep plot).still you can buy a one canal plot in 100 feet road between J and M blocks in 27,28 lacs.
i think mr zaheer is a property dealer(that why he is doing tooo much exagiration)or he is a seller.every body has right to ask too much price because this is his propert but property will be must sold out according markete rates. |
