Dear Mr. Justice, you have taken the suo-moto notice and and stopped the development of DHA Valley for the sake of DADOOCHA Dam, where is DAM now. Dadoocha will be developed or not but one thing is almost sure that DHA Velley's poor investors hardly earned money has gone to somewhere else. Will court take notice on the issue?

Good Question, was valley planned on dam's site of dam is planned on valley's site? Is court's issue over now? How is the main actor now i.e., Punjab Govt, DHA management or Bahria management? Investors have invested through DHA not through others, will DHA accomodate the investors in near/far future? |

Mustafa Bhai, my property dealer is recently offering me break even price for my plot in Gloxinia Sector. That is finally, no more loss. We can sell at same price. If we hold our plots, the rates will increase even more. |
