They keep telling everyone that D and E block will be handed over in March next year 2013. I am not sure what the delay is, may be LRE has more inside news to share with others. The more they delay it will be difficult for Divine to hand over on time as cost to build houses is going up and up. The Divine people will loose more money if they keep delaying this project. I think their strategy was that people will sell and buy houses and in return they will make money in the form of association plus other charges. Until they hand over D and E, prices will not rise in this society. In my opinion 5 and 10 marla houses if built as promised are far better option in this price than any other society around this locality. First they said they will complete A and B block but at the end they did the opposite. |
