Good news abc prices are going ptetty up in awami villas 3 &4 I sold one on ground floor awami villa 3 in 1300000 and still if you can wt there is further margin single bed room flat being sold in bahria town in 2000000 and 2 bed room flat in 4000000 in phase 8 which is far away from the location of awami villas 3 & 4 specially 4

awami villa 3 in proper phase 8 but awami villa 4 on the border of phase and 8 rather in phase 7 above the golf course so the best phase of awami villa as far location is concerned will bring big profit on completion
