One of the another big major reason of Bahria Nasheman to get soon expensive, as ASKARI 12 is becoming his neighbourhood announcing in March 23 on-wards.

Gentlemen, Correct your information, That is Askri-11 and its extension bit over expansion plan, The Askri 12 is on right ahead on Bahria Nashmeman, and before head Bahria Nasheman extension is going to be announce on 18th Jan-2013... As soon as the rapid bus services will be announcing the Bahria Nasheman extension will jump in to the market.
Plots of existing in Bahria Nashmman will boost up from residential to commercial. Try if investing point of view,to buy plot near BOUNDRY OF IRIS-BLOCK AS WELL AREAS DESIGNATED TO SCHOOL.Because that boundry will no more be a boundry, and those plots prices will boost to hot.
