After balloting there will be no more files. Than it will be plots and your luck, determining the price gain depending on plot location. The min price expected would be 50 lacs.

Here first the location of phase 7 is worst n nearest to border. Second worst location nearer to village n graveyard plots r arround 60lac for 1 kanal. Phase 8 plots r also 5 year behind the phase 7 thogh higher in price than It. Location do mater a lot and the nature of investment also mater. If one like me see phase 9 at the place where all phases ll be developed and nt much difference in prices. My b 9 wil be at higher price than 7 at that time. The people buying today r stil buying at less price than those who baught five years back for 40 lac a kanal in phase9. |

Dha town 9 , ten merla plot is up to 52 lacs. We can expact good price as soon as development ll start. May it ll develop parallel to phase 8. It's just few years wait. |
