For sewerage disposal, Dadex products are better but slightly more expensive. However Popular pipes & fittings also serve the purpose quite well. For hot/cold water supply PPR pipes perform better than GI pipes in terms of jointing as well as durability.They don't get rusted & there are little chances of leakage at joints. Cost is higher but when you consider the difference in cost in proportion with overall expenditure on house construction, I think it is worth spending a bit extra to get something better.
