Kindly guide me as I need to invest around 9million for three years and then I need to construct my house in DHA. So I need your expert advice regading the investment which will be good both for living and price appreciation.

ROI may be lower than the cost of construction after 3 years. so build ur house as early as possible. |

build house now and rent for next 3 years
After 3 years, shift back in your house. In mean time, you would have earned back 36 months of rent. |
