I want to Invest 8 Million Pak. Rs in DHA Lahore for 3-5 Years. Please advise which Phase and which block i shall invest in and what size of plot?

Invest in Phase 6 or phase 8 Without any 2nd thought , 2nd openion and delay.
You may get ready and developed plot in Phase 6 N block and un developed plot in phase 8 X and U block. My sincere advise is Phase 6.
Prices r getting higher day by day.. I have lost almost 1.5 mio just because of delay in decesion. |

It is better to buy one kanal plot in phase 8 in case 3 to 5 years. you can buy one kanal plot in X , U , V and T Block depending on location according to your budget
