I am confused about one matter. LRE posted below info today
DHA Lahore Phase 9 Allocation Files 5M = You can Sell at 12 & can Buy at 12.25
DHA Lahore Phase 9 Allocation Files 10M = You can Sell at 20 & can Buy at 20.25
DHA Lahore Phase 9 Allocation Files 1K = You can Sell at 33.60 & can Buy at 33.85
DHA Lahore Phase 9 (A, B, C and D Blocks) Residential Plots Available (Under Development,50% Complete)5M = 21 To 28, 8M = 33 to 38, 10M = 48 to 52
My question is, these two are different Phase 9 ?
People say balloting is not yet done then how come phase 9 plots are 50% complete?

The difference is a *FILE* and *PLOT*
File is a potential plot with uncertain location while Plot is a land
with location.
There is a single Phase 9. |

In DHA Phase 9 A, B, C & D Block are called DHA Town as well where develoment is in progress.DHA had allotted 5 and 10 marla plots to shudas of army and army personnel (Sobadar etc) in phase 9. DHA town or phase 9 proper are one & same thing. No difference between DHA phase 9 or DHA phase 9 proper.The Major ballot of phase 9 files is still due.

DHA Town is part of phase 9 where plots were allotted to Shuhada's families and they are selling those plots. Blocks A,B,C and D are
the DHA Town blocks where development is in progress. Rest of phase 9
has files which will be first balloted and then development will start. |

Reality is that parts of phase 9 (A,B,C,D blocks) are balloted already and undergoing development. But most of DHA phase 9 is not balloted yet and is being traded as plot files. After balloting these files will be converted to plots and development charges will be added. |
