Dear Brother Bhatti
Possession is available in Bahria Orchard Phase-1. These are the plots which were mostly relocated from Bahria Sector-C to Orchard Central District. Possession fee is Rs.65000 and it takes about two weeks. Brother "Overseas Paki" has already taken possession for his Plot No.760 in Central District. He may share more information.

My plot was also relocated from bahria-C and is in phase-1, Do I have to pay 65000 immediately or can i wait for some time to pay final possession fee and take possession since I am in overseas? thanks |
