I own a 5 marla commercial plot in Bahria Town Lahore Sector C on the back side of ring in Block B where BT allows construction of Basement & Ground + 2 Floors. I shall be obliged if some gentleman could advise how much it will cost to build commercial plaza on this plot.

Ground Floor = 15 lacs
First Floor = 13 lacs
Second Floor = 15 lacs
Total = 65 lacs
Bahria Town extortion charges ( map approval, TMA Approval, utility, map design) = 7 lacs
Total Total = 72- 75 lacs. |

I am also constructing a plaze which is in finishing stages, its on A side. And the cost mentioned by above person is very right, I agree with him. |
