please guide on 35/85 plots there. is it good location for building dream house,,any idea on availabilty of plots and their price range. thanks in advance :flg

Good location, price range between 45 & 55 lacs (bit pricey from my perspective). Plots facing Soan are better, one house complete and another one construction just started. 15-20 ft green area in front of plot, closer to beautiful eye park. |

@ thanks ZNS. I prefer facing hill as it would be free of ongoing traffic. After house construction in front hill will also be masked. A plot on this side is available for 45. Should I buy or is the price reaosonable? |

Those plots are facing either 55x50 or 25x50, 45 lacs is kinda expensive but if you really like the location then go for it. In this price you can get 1 kanal in overseas enclave, hardly a mile or so from IV. Visit the area and then decide, only reason I did not buy last year on the back side because it was facing non 35x85 plots. |

@ZNS, thanks. if 35/85 is facing 50/50 is it not good? what is the negative in this regard. the location i think would be better than overseas block and closer to park. what is they levelling astride soan river just oppsosite 35 / 85 plots.

As per my opinion, he location is all not good being located inside valley. During winter it will have high winds whereas during summers there will be suffocation. Please also do keep in mind floods of 1992, 2001 and 2010, while building a house in such an area.
