Dear Ch Saeed,

Just last week in 2012 the Max price of 8 marla comm dha phase 8 was 500lacs now it is minus 125 lacs.which is said to be 375 lacs. any paticular reason for this sudden change.

And moreover the 4 marlas is 300 lacs max. where as 8 marla comm starts with only 40 lacs more. is the demand of 4 marla more and thus causing this little difference in the price of 4 & 8 marlas commercial.
