Just keep an eye on daily DHA-9 rates when it is close to 40 lacs mean balloting is very close by.

Dear JK, SK, more than 4 years ago DHA Lahore Phase 9 file price went to more than 400K (corrected: more than 4 Million) but ballotting did not happened. So, market price upto a certain mark is not confirmation of ballot date.
There is no ballotting unless DHA Lahore announces OFFICIALLY that so and so is the ballotting date.

So keep calm and hope for the best.
