Very reliable sources have informed phase ix ballot will be end of this month and in no case be delayed till march. File price will touch 40. It will be linked with phase 6 and will have entry from LRR flyover on junction ferozpur road. Plots will be open for sale to interested one for rs 600000. tx

How many files you hold? If u can tell so much then share those "credible" sources too. Suppose there is anarchy (i hope it will not inshaAllah) then where this price will go? Plz share it as well. |

Ballot date is in this year! Likely to be in March if announced this month, otherwise its in August 2013.
Prices will shaky but rule is simple ... more investors high prices trend, less investors low prices trend...
Decision is in your hand... keep it or loose it.. |
