At the back. This is the reason they have given a street at the back of houses and not another plot. Very strange though, don't know what the developers were thinking.

I have seen this commonly done in planned residential developments the west. Folks do not want to have their houses front a busy street and prefer a residential setting for their homes. Such houses are also priced lower because of noise, bus stop and pedestrian traffic issues from a busy street. Cul-de-sac locations are most preferable because of no though traffic. Children can play in the front and going in and out of the house is easier.

This methadology has also been adopted in Bahria Phase-8 Islamabad, backside of houses are facing main bulevards to keep traffic free flowing but it does not look nice, also residents are not comfortable due to greater noise feeling in bed rooms which are usually located at backside of house.

I bought a plot on Broadway, two side open in 2010. Similar concerns were raised when I bought this plot. I personally asked DHA engineering and planing department and they confirmed that house can face towards broadway.
