Assalamu Alaikum.
1. I have been following this site over the past few weeks and am quite surprised at the discussions that go on. Can someone (preferable from LRE) confirm that plots are actually bought and sold in such high volumes. It appears as if people are dealing in shares and not plots.
2. I am interested in purchasing a house on installments. Budget is around 60 lacs. 10 marla is preferred over 5, as I am sure I am out of the 1 kanal league. Preference is to have this installments. Can you suggest a reliable location for this. EME seems to be the only 1, but has only 5 marla in this price. Lakeview/Bahria are too far out for me. I am not in PK at the moment.
