What happened in Bahria Town Rawalpindi? The prices have gone up by almost 30%. Can pindi experts share the information since I am not in Pakistan to provide any insight :)

Seems like Bahria plots have oil underneath. I was offered a 10 marla plot in overseas for 16.5 lacs and now its 23+ lacs. Demand for 1 kanal started from 28 lacs and now its 40 lacs.

just to add one important note, I am comparing today's demand with Oct 2012 (so in just 3 months, demand have gone up by 30%).

I had visited Bahria Town Phase 8 during Dec23--Jan2.
May be one reason for 30% jump in the prices is due to I guess that people have started to biuld homes in sectors A,B,C,D.

Thanks for your response, but still 30-40% is huge jump and surprisingly it's Bly in Bahria ph-8. Rest of Bahria phases and DHAI appears to be in stagnation.
