I just wanted to check if the phase 5 extension price of Rs 60 to 75 lakhs include the entire development charges of Rs 15 lakhs or are those seperate?

Because they only need 35 lacs to hold the file instead of 70/75 lacs to purchase 5 Extension plot. Simple |

M block is still under priced. No selling is there presently
In next 2 weeks there will be a gain of 5 -7 lacs in M block plots
