I am a current 1K file owner.I would like to know the expected development charges on a 1K plot in Phase 9 once allotment is complete?

As per by research till now on files and development chareges it will cost you round about ten Lacs for one kanal approximately. |

Ph 7 was balloted in 2006,then dev charges were 9 lacs.Just count for inflation/devalution of pak rupee,it makes me believe that dev charges would be t least 18 to 20 lacs.All my friends be cautious while buying files.35+20=55,is it worth it.Possession of phase 9 earliest by 2020. |
