DHA Rahbar/ Bahria Town,

Dear All,

Can any body compare Bahria town lahore and Dha Rahbar.Which one is best of investment. i want to invest 30 lac as long term investment.

Appreciate any advise in this regard.

Dear Fahad,
Comparing to Bahria town vs DHA REHBAR is somehow differentiate some other facts, Perhaps will give you an advice like this.
DHA REHBAR PHASE-1-2 both are ideally good for shorter and longer investment, perhaps Bahria town the budget you have mentioned is now acceptable for Sector E- and D, and that will be long term investment, lets say 3 plus years minimum. I always advices to hardworkers pakistanis, that invest their hard earned money only on developed projects,means where the possession is ready for handing over to you.
Now many of well known developers such as EDEN, Bahria, Have never full fill their commmintment on time delivery, where millions on pakistanis have face mental terntion, and loss of money while selling their lands on cheap amounts.
As per budget, I will say, DHA PH-9 Allocation Files, DHA PH 8 5 Marla Allocation files or DHA REHBAR EXTENSTION FILE ON 13 LAKS, ONLY.

These are the best options for you to but atleast two files, and in just 2 years double your money atleast 75% gauranteed.

DHA RAHBAR PHASE EXTENSION IS RIGHT BESIDE THE F- BLOCK, ALMOST 300 PLOTS will be developed onver the next 3 years.
The balloting will be conduct very soon.
File Price 13 Lac Fixed,
Development Charges 3 Lac over three years ( It will be collected on monthly basis, i.e 8000 pkr.
Totoal price 16Lac for this plot. But right after Balloting the own will be start, and it is esimated that after the years, the price will be around 40 at least or 45 approx.

What else you need :) It is good investment. Shaeria Free.

for Mr A-R Siddiqi, please also spell out best method to invest in the rahbar extention.can we invest directly with DHA Rahber or we have to buy the file from somewhere. Why there is no advertisement by Rahber for booking in Extension? Thanks

I want to invest 16 Lac but just I want to know preference between 10 marla DHA-9 Extension and 5 marla DHA Rahbar extension. which is better to buy please

Dear Brothers, Both questions are very normal, I think you my dear brothers dont know the DHA reputation in the market. Anyhow, bottom line
for your own satisfication, please visit to the DHA office , located in
Phase-1 DHA Rahbar, visit the concern officer , take the form for this
F-block Extension, and do the need full, of requirements, and make the process by your own, and save the commission as well,
About expected profit after 3 years, I've Just explained that it will be worth of 45 lacs max and 40 as minimum. Also right after balloting
your 13 lacs , will reach up to 18-19 Lacs, means can sell the file after the own is starts. Balloting is expected in April,May.
The total number of plots are 300, which out of 167 plots uptill gone away.....

Siddiqui Sb. What is your advice for current plot holders in DHA Rahber Phase 1 and 2. should they hold their properties. where u see prices in six months.
