Price over all are not increasing if compare with central park, Mr Ahmed may be not update well or bias to comment on this topic as many of other person which i feel on this plat form. I have visited that area last week & main reason for increasing plot due mentioned point which i feel

1- Metro bus system near to start
2- Ring road interchange near to Central park & will be complete soon.
3-Huma Cash & carry shoping mall just like Hyper start / Metro gray structure also most complete & work is in full swung.
4- Ferozpur road almost without signal from Qartaba chowk to Central park even Ganda singh boarder.
5- Fastmoving trafic expected after completion of work.

This is my personal observation, further prices has been increase only possesion plot not files.

Many people lost their hard earned money. The main reason is development. Society could not complete its development works even after six to seven years except few blocks with possession. I am one of victim of Central Park. Urban developers is big big looters. Please stay away from Central Pak.
