Itis Slow riase so Price will sustain, in 2005 there was Bubble that is why it Burst.
To Me at this stage Phase DHA 6,7,8 prices ahve saturated in Phase 8 there was slight Down turn But Not More than 2, 3 Lac per Kanal. In Phase 7 there will be little Uoward shift.
Phase 6 will stay where is it.
last 20 ys History of Property is Raise in 2 years then stand for 5 years then again a jump
in between there is little bit adjustnment region wise. |
