I have a 500 yards size plot in Naval Anchorage. I need an estimate from you brothers to construct the single storey house. Please give me an idea how much money sould be required for this purpose ?

It depends on covered area/square footage of the house, estimate approx 2000 rupees per square ft. |

The cost p/sq foot starts from 1600. If you go for basic it remains between 1600 to 1800 if you go up similarly the cost goes up. |
