DHA Phase 9,

Plus and Minus is part of the game. the important thing is the trend which seems upwards in case of phase 9 files positively. therefore all investors should hold the files to gain handsome profit. This is a suggestion from me, Ultimately ALLAH knows every thing.

Bro investor one more thing I want to mention you r already a winner. You bought for 21+lets say development charge 8lack makes it 29. I can bet you from day one your plot will be 40+ .just have a look at phase 9 10 Marla rate it's already minimum 45+ that's the same phase

All points shared above are valid, but When DHA will have balloting for phase 9 ? some one told me it will not have till DHA sold all files for phase 9 extension. If this is a case balloting will not happen till end of this year.

Brother Nawaz who told you that I think some one is misguiding you here.any way in your case lets say dha is waiting to sell files. Let me clear you if they want to sell they can sell in one day you r talking dha lahore.if they put one ad in news papers you will see thousand n thousands of people in dha office.dha phase 9 is nothing to do with ext

@Ny,

Don't forget that 10 marla plot rate in Phase 9 have 50% development completed and doesn't make sense to compare a non balloted and non developed file with a 50% developed and fully ballotted plots. Even if files are ballotted today, it won't be near to that of 50% developed Shuhuda Phase 9 plots because it will take number of years to start/complete after ballot of Phase 9 files.

So, there are two main steps of ballotting and development of Phase 9 files are still outstanding. I would say Phase 9 files (of whatever size) are atleast 4 years behind ballotted and (50%)developed plots of 5, 8 and 10 marla. So, no point to compare with files only. Please don't make that much and high hopes from phase 9 files that you will not meet the expectation and could break yourself.

I'm not disappointing anyone but we should be realistic.

brother ny thanks a lot,highexpectation look at ph 5 ext double in less than a year.so lets hope for the best for every ones hard earned money,cheers
