Dear All,
I wish to sell my family home in Valancia. It was constructed by my father 5 to 6 years ago. My family have all moved to the UK. The house is well constructed and offers 8 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and dressing areas.
The house was constructed for family use and not for resale and this is reflected in the quality of material and construction.
I would welcome any suggestions on a fair price by the expeets here. I have been offered 225 but i feel this is a low offers.
