Kindly tell me the current price of Overseas B commercial plot of 3 Marlas on 60 ft road. The plot no. is in 40's.
Secondly is it OK to buy 10 Marlas file in Phase 9 now for 21.15 lacs , what are its future prospects how much will it go in lets say 3-5 years???And is its balloting expected to be alongside 1Kanal.

price should be between 45-48 right now but price will increase for this commercial but selling it and investing at better place is also not bad decision. |
