DHA Phase 6 plot 545
what is its current value.
Also, is it a good idea to build a house in this area if plan for building is in next 2 years or buy a plot in another area that more infrastructure ready.
Also, approx cost of 1 Kanal house construction, my expectations are for complete construction 80 to 100 lakh.
