The plot allotted to me is also in litigation area.When the litigation issue started, LDA tried to console the affectee plot holders that that they need not worry & sooner or later the problem will be over. However the fact of the matter is that LDA has lost the case at every forum. LDA might offer the affectees plot in some future scheme far away from LDA Avenue 1. Development of that scheme will take another two decades as has been the case with other schemes. Then the possibility of new scheme to have some area under litigation cannot be ruled out. God forbid mine or your plot could also be in that litigation area. Let us pray for the best. |
