About Impact on Pricing on DHA Phases.
Brother i am consinuesly receving phone calls from the circle.
What it will impact to recent property prices at DHA.
Well, not all phases of DHA, but after this DHA taking back of Air-Avenue and Eden in possession, the pricing surely will boost equal to the current pricing of Park View pricing of plots. But mainly This tricky plannes is going to increase the prcing of Phase-7 and DHA 9 town pricing up becuase of the influence of DHA-8- rest of the phases prices will north impact much as they are already on peek, i.e Phase-6 & 5. Yeah on North the DHA RAHBAR brand will again boost up in with the reflection of DHA 8 pricing boost.
So this is least impact analysis of pricing on aboove areas. Just a fair suggestion whatever you have in hand right now hold it till June-30th 2013. And the deservation of profit is yours...!!!
