What is included in grey structure ?

Specifically is Plaster included in grey structure?
Water electeical and gas pipe work included within grey structure with material rate?

If one have any dispute with Dekethar within DHA ... What sort of steps can he take to make sure good quality work is done???

normally it is included in grey structure. but it depends on your agreement mainly.

All what look grey when completed is called structural works. Mean Foundation, Walls Roof including cement Plaster to walls. under ground & roof water Tank and a Septic tank also come in structure but need to get agreed before singing a contract. Boundary wall is generally priced separately.

None of the services like electric sewage water woodwork and painting is included in structural works.

Flooring marble tiles Aluminium steelworks and face work are NOT get counted in structural works and called Finishing works.

Please clarify some point

If grey structure does not include water gas and electric piping then how is it possible to plaster the property?

Is outside complete plaster included in Grey structure ??

You need to hire an other teams who are expertise in relevant fields like plumber, electrician carpenter ects.

General practice in like wise but still You can find a contractor to do all jobs.

Where can i get reliable grey structure contractors at DHA. i have checked the approved contractor list at DHA website ...is it exhaustive list? or are there any other who authorized to do so?
