Assalamu Alaikum,
I am looking to spend approx 60 lac on purchasing a house (preferably in instalments) in Lahore. Location should be safe, one that I can leave empty for a few months per year if needs be. Should be developed and safe. Obviously the larger the plot the better. Must also have some population. Currently only EME cottage seems to offer a 5 marla that fits the bill. Can anyone advise of any other properties. I am not fussed about appreciation, as long as price doesn't depreciate and it maintains value in line with the continuous decline in the rupee (which I hope comes to an end)
