My apology to all for being very lazy.

Khan sahib i am in USA for over a year and not able to be touch with market makers insiders so I dont want to write an inaccurate unfair market direction.I know every one is waiting for it.

I will try my best to gather some info via phone emails and share itin market direction post next month. Please allow me couple of weeks for thorough research like current market prices, buyer sellers data from my office and input from people that make the DHA and Bahria etc market.

Dear CMY sahib good to hear from you. Please include in your market research a detail info regarding Divine Gardens. We have not heard much about Divine Gardens on this forum lately. Please provide the project progress and when they will hand over houses? Also, please include if its worth holding 5 and 10 marla houses or switch to DHA. I hope you did not get much snow in your area today.Thanks in advance.

See Khan bhai that's the problem. I have not seen Divine Gardens for so long so now I am unable to discuss all this stuff here any more. Please feel free to email masaeed786@gmail.com to ask about DG.


Little snow today but couple days back very cold minus -26 C with wind chill factor. Not that cold today
