In 2002 i have applied in lda avenue 1 for allotment of plot in my brother name and plot is alloted. The plot in litigation area. Now i want to transfer the plot in my name. What is the procedure, plot is in litigation area? Please advise.If not possible wahat are the options. Thanks |
