I am reposting my request since i didt get any feedback.hope this time Mr. Adil Saeed or Cmy Sb.or any gentlemen will help me. i have to take dicision within next few days.Question for all the following plot is same current value and each plot,shall i hold these plots or sale it now to invest other emerging phases for better return. its my life time saving.
1.10 marla plot in DHA Phase-5 near plot 387.
2. 10 marla corner plot plot bahria town phase C gulbahr block on 80 feet wide road.
3. 10 marla plot jubilee town D block near plot 304
4. 10 marla plot bahria town phase 8 Rawalpindi block H near plot no 775

Thank you Mr. Adil saeed dha phase 5 plot no is 385, bahria town plot no 313 sector c block gulbahar, Phase 8 Rawalpindi bloch H plot no 777 and jubilee town block D plot no 302. |

i have a similar question, i have a plot in bahria town phase 8 rawalpindi sector c, its value has doubled in the past 3-4 months, should i sale it for investing somewhere else or keep it as there might b further price increase in that area? |
