Assalamu Alaikum,

I have been following this site for sometime. I beleive, as many if not all will agree, that the work done by CMY and team is great. However, it appears as if there is some unsound advise being given by others. I suspect these may be individuals/businesses looking to sell the files they own at whatever cost. This may lead to trust within the site being hampered. Whilst debate should be encouraged, I beleive it should be moderated/regulated to the extent that it does not have any adverse impact on anyones investment decisions. Maybe we can have an answer from CMY and team on most questions as reference...be it Market Direction or a weekly bulletin. Just a thought

Dear Sir, I have also been following this site and have taken several investment decisions based on the information and discussions on this forum. Although I do understand what your concerns are, I would still maintain that the beauty of an open forum is to allow members / visitors to openly exercise their right to debate. That is the whole point. If the discussions here would be moderated or censored, the decision making will be adversely affected in this case. If you read closely, there are plenty of individuals on this forum who would immediately respond to any negative propagation and regulate the discussion. You are probably responding to various threads about DHA phase 9 file which is based on speculation. However, if you look closely, its value is not being defined on mere speculation, as a matter of fact, phase 9 is practically the only 1 kanal DHA file awaiting balloting and its price based on existing market value of other societies and plots in hand is quite realistic. Of course every open forum will have people trying to make their point and sell their stuff, and that is the naturality of it. I like it the way it is, gives me a chance to see at a cross section of thought, instead of a moderated and censored discussion forum where everything is based on the likes or understanding of an individual moderator.
