Dear experts
I want to buy property for investment purpose. My budget is approx. 40 lac. Kindly help me to take the decesion from the following options:
1)1K DHA-9 File
2)Two 10M DHA-9 Files
3) Three 5M DHA-9 Files
4) Plot at DHA-7 1K or 10M
5) Any other good invest.

Phase 9 is best . no matter how many marlas file but go for phase 9. |

The most suitable is 2 files 10 Marla in phase 9. As already 10 marla plot is around 45 to 52 depending on location. There is most likely chances to get maximum.option No. 2
