Can someone please provide me the prices of 4 marla and 8 marla commercial in CCA-1 and CCA-2 Phase VIII.
Also are there enough buyers and sellers in market for commercials.

DHA Phase 8 4 Marla Commercial 225 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 270 Lacs
DHA Phase 8 8 Marla Commercial 400 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 475 Lacs
