dear friends,
i got my transfer letter for my 1-kanal plot in phase7 this week. it mentions a 'Non-construction Penalty' after the possession is opened. The owner is required to construct the building within three years otherwise a penalty will be levied as per DHA Byelaws.
I did not know this before. Can anyone tell how much is the penalty? as i plan to keep it for a long time.

phase 5,6,for 13000 per year after 3 years of possession, you have to clear all dues before starting construction.
for phase 7 not yet decided as there is no posession yet u will get the rate when u get possession |
