==> Current price of 3 Marla Plot Commercial in Overseas B in Bahria on 60 ft road .
and Lastly
===> Is it ok to sell one 5 Marla plot in Bahria D (AA block) and buy 10 Marla file in Phase 9 , will it prove good in future and when is its balloting and how high could it go?

In Overseas B 3 marla commercial prices is around 45 Lacs
