One important thing, in sector F plots are 35x70(11 marla) not 35x65. Please correct if I am wrong.

What is the current price for the 1k file
Also I heard that bahria gives the dealer 2 lac for each file. Does it mean that I can get the file somewhere between 670000 to 870000 down payment?
