Can you please advise on P&D housing scheme phase 2. Is it wise to book a plot there? They are offering 5 marla plot in 4.5 lacs in installments.

I have a house in Bahria town lahore, plz advise how safe is giving on rent. I hope there is no Qabza group in Bahria town lahore.

There is no Qabza group in Bahria Town Lahore. BUT you should be careful and adopt all necessory process which is legally required in renting out your property. Good Luck.
