Mehfoom Hadees Sharif:

I have PKR 3 Crore in Cash. I want to invest it anywhere in DHA Lahore, Bahria Town Lahore or any other good but safe society of Lahore with good profit returns, better growth and appreciation.
Can anyone please suggest me any option for one year to two year investment in plots/real estate in DHA and Bahria Town or even any other clean societies with good growth and better returns?

Bro Ali 17, please personally contact CMY & Adil @ LRE. You will get sincere advice from them. I have personal experience with them and by the grace of Allah the Almighty, I got 91% return on my investment by investing 2 crore in DHA within 2 years average period.

That is alsogood investment but bahria lahore is an emerging market .invest in sector f inshallah u ll get good return and excellent life style ,with excellentinfra structure

Mr.KHAN I will surely contact Mr CMY soon. Can you please share that did you get such high growth / returns of 91% percent by investing in residential plots or commercial plots? That's really decent and good return shot as you told. Can you please tell that to invest in residential is better or commercial? Thanks.

I purely invested in DHA residential plots. CMY/Adil can guide you better than me.
