Published a public awareness notification for the recently advertisement of P&D housing scheme ,
Please read this for those who are interested to invest, else advising you please stay away, as per P&D confirmation , attahcing the advertisement brochure.

The add is a notice from P&D department to the public that this scheme is purely a private scheme and The government department has nothing to do with it.

why the P&D Deptt is only publishing the notice and why not they are initiating/taking an appropriate actions againt the Society Owner on using the name of P&D Deptt ?

This is pakistan my brother, haven't you seen notices from LDA that so and so schemes do not have NOC and they never take any action against them until thousands people get their money struck into those schemes.

Some one from the management of the P & D housing society should have explained that it is a housing project for the employees of P & D Department It is governed under the cooperative act. This is not run by the Punjab government.

There are many housing societies in Lahore which are named after the government departments but these are notrun by the government.

We may have many problems in Pakistan but it is not that bad as we tend to depict. It is our country. We love it anyway.

Please read the published official advertisement of Jang News paper of Friday 8th FEb, Page # 4 .right corner advertiement.
So hard earned money holders stay away of such fraudlant private ppl.
